Cooking Instructions:

1. Rinsing: Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.

2. Soaking (Optional): Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes to achieve optimal texture.

3. Cooking:

   • In a saucepan, add 2 cups of water for every cup of rice.

   • Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.

   • Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.

4. Resting: Remove from heat and let it stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
